PRE-SEASON GRAIN SYSTEM INSPECTION

• DISCOUNTED PRICES

Labor for the system inspections will be discounted 25% from our standard rate.  Any parts and/or labor, for repairs made, (that were determined to be needed during the inspection) will be discounted 15% from list price.  Repairs to equipment, that are found to be needed during the inspection, must be scheduled at the time of inspection in order to receive the 15% discount.  Any special order parts for the repair work must be paid for when they are received.  You must schedule inspection by March 15 to receive these discounts. 

If the inspection is scheduled after March 15 but before April 15,  any parts and/or labor, for repairs made, (that were determined to be needed during the inspection) will be discounted 10% from list price.  Repairs to equipment, that are found to be needed during the inspection, must be scheduled at the time of inspection in order to receive the 10% discount.  Any special order parts for the repair work must be paid for when they are received. 

Inspections scheduled after March 15, cannot be guaranteed to be completed before harvest, due to the volume of inspections we have scheduled.

• WRITTEN REPORTS

Written reports, on the condition of the equipment inspected, will be submitted to the owner, within 7 days of the inspection being performed.  Copies of the report will be kept on file at MAS for future reference.  Any work to be performed, beyond the initial inspection, must be approved by the owner before work is to be done.

• BREAKDOWNS

Customers participating in the pre-season inspection program will receive priority for breakdowns, related to that inspected equipment, during that harvest season. 

• INSPECTIONS

You must specify what equipment in your sytem is to be inspected. Inspections take place between winter and before the end of summer.  The inspections will be performed as we are able to work them into our schedule.

 Contact MAS for specific inspection guidelines and exclusions.  We reserve the right to deny inspecting or servicing any equipment that was not sold by MAS or that is deemed unsafe to operate by MAS technicians.
